GOLETA (California, USA) – Teledyne FLIR, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, today launched a comprehensive suite of online developer support for the new Boson®+ thermal camera and Hadron™ dual camera module 640R. The program features integration help videos and additional online content, offering guidance and documentation to reduce risk while simplifying thermal product development in the defense, industrial and new use cases.
“Teledyne FLIR provides data sets such as comprehensive user guides, drawings and application notes, as well as GUIs, software development kits (SDKs) and other development kits to support the integration of our thermal camera modules into drones, handhelds, security products and more,” said Dan Walker, Teledyne FLIR Vice President of Product Management. “The Integration Support Series is a key differentiator for Teledyne FLIR. We provide online support allowing our customers to immediately start developing with our hardware, software and tools.”

The new series of videos and downloads feature guidance on radiometry setup, tuning, lens calibration, and software and MIPI integration for Boson+. With step-by-step instructions, integrators can begin interfacing the Hadron 640R with industry-leading Qualcomm and NVIDIA embedded systems. More content will be added as it becomes available to help integrators get their products to market faster.
